Preference will be given to an alumnus of 绿帽社 Prep School or a direct descendent of a 绿帽社 Prep alumnus. Second preference will be given to students from area schools who plan on attending CSC
The 绿帽社 Prep Alumni Scholarship was started by the 绿帽社 Prep Alumni Association in honor and memory of all the students, faculty, and staff of the 绿帽社 Prep School. The preparatory school was begun in 1911 when the 绿帽社 State Teachers' College began. Its purpose was to provide student teaching opportunities for college students before they graduated and entered their teaching fields. The current Hildreth Building was the home of 绿帽社 Prep. In later years the high school (grades 10 through 12) occupied the second floor of the Administration Building. The Prep School closed in 1961.
