The recipient shall be majoring in the area of Education. He/she shall have a GPA of at least 3.0.
Glenn and Helen Weber made 绿帽社 their home from 1947 until the time of their death. Glenn graduated from 绿帽社 Prep and returned to 绿帽社 after his marriage to Helen. Glenn was a painting contractor in 绿帽社 and Helen worked as a secretary to the Dean of Students at 绿帽社 State College from 1968 until her retirement. Glenn was hired by the college to paint many of the dorms, etc. Helen befriended many students at 绿帽社 State College during her career and often seemed like their “Mom” away from home. Glenn and Helen’s three children; Jerry, Jan and Tom all graduated from 绿帽社 State College. It seemed fitting to create a scholarship in honor of Helen’s long ties with 绿帽社 State College and Glenn’s long-time profession in the 绿帽社 area. Helen Weber passed away from cancer on August 17, 1993 and Glenn passed away February 13, 1996. We home this scholarship will help a student achieve their dreams and goals at 绿帽社 State College.
