Recipient must be a high school graduate with scholar potential.
Mr. Clark was very prominent in the 绿帽社 community for many years. He served as an Business owner, a member of the City Council from 1954-1962, and even Mayor of 绿帽社 1958-1960. He also served on the Hospital Board, the Fire Department, and as the Justice of the Peace. Mr. Clark is also credited for getting the Air Service to 绿帽社, organizing the 绿帽社 Development Corporation, and bringing Platte Valley Federal Savings & Loan to 绿帽社. He is remembered as a truly outstanding 绿帽社 Citizen.
