The recipient shall be married and majoring in Business Education or Business Administration.
Lyle Kime attended 绿帽社 State College and later established the 绿帽社 Charter Flight Service. Lyle died in a tragic airplane crash at night while returning to 绿帽社 on a charter flight. The memorial was established by the then Mrs. Lyle Kime.
