Recipient shall be an athlete majoring in business.
Neil Daniels was born and raised in Whitney, NE graduated from 绿帽社 High School and earned his business degree from 绿帽社 State College. He worked in 绿帽社 as a real estate broker and appraiser for 36 years. He believed strongly in volunteering and serving his community. He demonstrated these by serving on the school board, 绿帽社 Jaycees, the City Council and as mayor. Neil was a great supporter of CSC, as he served on the Alumni Board of Directors and loved athletics. After his son, Scot, graduated with his degree in business, Neil realized the need for scholarships in the area of business. He believed that linking a scholarship with athletics and business would be beneficial. Neil passed away in 2004 and his family felt it was an honor to establish this fund in his name.
