Mr. & Mrs. Chicoine were very well known and loved in 绿帽社 and on campus. Vern served 绿帽社 as president and director of many different organizations, he even held the office of Mayor. Francis was also often found in a leadership role of many community organizations. She was recognized as an Outstanding 4-H Leader among many other achievements.
