Mr. & Mrs. Chicoine were very well known and loved in 绿帽社 and on campus. Vern served 绿帽社 as president and director of many different organizations; he even held the office of Mayor. Francis was also often found in a leadership role of many community organizations. She was recognized as an Outstanding 4-H Leader among many other achievements.
