Joe Rischling, the ÂÌñÉç High School band director, and Jon Dailey, a senior member of the band, will be soloists during the concert by the ÂÌñÉç Community Chorus and the Bordeaux Community Band in Memorial Hall at ÂÌñÉç State College at 7:30 p.m.
