Payment Plan Information

Effective with the Spring 2017 term, payment plans are managed through the Transact system. Before enrolling, please review the payment plan Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions are available at:  Payment Plan Terms and Conditions.

Payment Plan Features

  • Schedule recurring payments.
  • Make online payments by e-check or debit/credit card.
  • Returned checks and dishonored payments are subject to a $15 fee.
  • Add optional email addresses to receive Transact communications.
  • Create a PIN to provide parent or guest access (optional).
  • Set up automatic withdrawals through a separate process.

Effective July 1, 2024
A $30 enrollment fee, plus the first installment payment, is due at the time of enrollment.

Troubleshooting
If you experience issues enrolling in a payment plan, try using a different web browser, such as Firefox or Chrome. Some users may experience issues when using Safari.

Important Deadlines

  • Final day to enroll: November 1.
  • If you're taking regular session or first eight-week session courses, you must enroll in the payment plan by your tuition payment due date.
