Honorary Doctorate

The Honorary Doctorate Award was established to recognize alumni and friends of the college for their support to the institution or for outstanding achievement in their career or as a community volunteer. Nominees must be approved by the Nebraska Board of Trustees prior to their notification and selection. The following honorary degrees may be granted: Doctor of Humane Letters, Doctor of Pedagogy, Doctor of Letters, Doctor of Science, and Doctor of Laws.
