If you are enrolled in courses at both ÂÌñÉç State College and another institution and are receiving federal financial aid through ÂÌñÉç State College, you must complete a Concurrent Enrollment Form. This form allows CSC to consider eligible coursework taken at both institutions when determining your financial aid eligibility.

It is your responsibility to notify ÂÌñÉç State College if you will be concurrently enrolled by completing a Concurrent Enrollment Form. Failure to notify CSC may affect your financial aid eligibility or delay the processing of your aid.

Before enrolling at another institution, we encourage you to contact the START Office or the Financial Aid Office. We can help you determine whether your courses are eligible, explain the concurrent enrollment process, and ensure you complete the required steps to avoid delays or impacts to your financial aid.

Joint Enrollment

If there is course that is needed, that is not available in the specific term you need, you can enroll in a course at another state college (Wayne State College or Peru State College).  Any courses taken through the Joint Enrollment Program will transfer back to CSC.

It is the student's responsibility to meet with their faculty advisor to determine the appropriate course needed and how it will apply to their chosen program of study.

Meet with a START Advisor or Financial Aid Specialist to complete the appropriate Concurrent Enrollment Form in order for the course to apply towards financial aid (if applicable).
